Who we are

OwnSite Studio is a web design and development studio based in Rosario, Argentina. For anything about your information, write to us through the project form on this site or at hello@ownsitestudio.com.

What the project form collects

Only what you choose to send:

• Your name and email address
• Your country and city
• The name of your business or project, and its current website or Instagram if you give one
• What describes you, the kind of project, your goals and when you'd like to start
• Your description of the business and any notes you add

What is used automatically

To stop spam and abuse, the server turns your IP address into a one-way fingerprint — never keeping the address itself — and holds it only briefly in memory to limit repeated submissions. It is not stored in a database or sent to us.

What we use it for

To read about your project, reply to you and, if you ask for one, prepare a proposal. If you hire us, to carry out the project.

We don't add you to mailing lists, we don't use your answers for advertising and we don't sell personal information.

Where it is stored and who processes it

This site is hosted on Vercel. When you send the project form, your answers are emailed to the studio through Resend and kept in the studio's mailbox, hello@ownsitestudio.com, hosted by DonWeb (Argentina). They are not stored in a database. These providers process the information only to provide their service to us, and may do so in countries other than yours, including the United States.

Analytics and cookies

To understand how the site is used and how fast it loads, we use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights. They record aggregated page views and performance measurements without cookies and without identifying you across sites.

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep the email with your answers while it is useful for the conversation about your project, and for the project itself if you hire us. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent us. Write to us through the project form and we'll take care of it. Depending on where you live, local data protection law may give you further rights.

Please don't send sensitive data

The form is for project details. Please don't include identity documents, health information or financial account details.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with its date.
