Clear scope, in plain language

No surprises. This is exactly what's included, what isn't, and where a project becomes custom. Public on purpose.

What is included

  • Website design and build within the chosen plan.
  • Responsive layout for mobile, tablet, and desktop.
  • Copy structure and SEO basics.
  • Launch and a documented handoff.
  • A Digital Asset Folder organized under your control.

What is not included

  • CMS, e-commerce, bookings, logins, or integrations (unless add-on or Custom Project).
  • Full brand strategy, naming, or trademark work.
  • Professional photography, community management, or paid ads.
  • Unlimited revisions or unlimited ongoing support.
  • Legal, fiscal, or regulatory advice.

Payment and slot reservation

  • 50% to reserve your production slot and begin the work.
  • 50% after you approve the final preview, before publication and handoff.
  • Work starts only after the initial payment and the minimum required materials and information.
  • Any scope beyond the agreed plan is quoted separately.
  • Custom Projects may use milestone payments instead of a 50/50.
  • Payment instructions are sent with the proposal. Depending on the client's location, payment may be made by card payment link, PayPal, Wise, bank transfer, or an available local method.

Revisions

  • Each plan includes a defined revision round, agreed before we start.
  • Revisions cover refinement within the approved scope.
  • There is no “small changes forever.” Out-of-scope changes are quoted separately.

Materials

  • You provide existing materials (logo, photos, texts) where available.
  • If a plan includes identity, we create the missing pieces within that plan's scope.
  • Delays in providing materials may shift the timeline.

Paused projects

  • If a project pauses on the client side, we hold the slot for a defined window.
  • After that window, restarting may require rescheduling into a future month.
  • Boutique capacity means slots are limited and time-bound.

Ownership and handoff

  • You own your website, domain, hosting, files, and all the assets.
  • Everything is handed over in your Digital Asset Folder with a handoff PDF.
  • You can take your project to any other team at any time.

Credentials and security

  • Critical accounts are set up with two-factor authentication where applicable.
  • Access is documented: which accounts exist, their roles, and how to reach them.
  • After handoff you can revoke any access we held; steps are included in the PDF.

Maintenance

  • Maintenance is optional and covers defined tasks within an agreed scope.
  • It is not unlimited support or unlimited changes.
  • You can choose self-managed (no fee) and take everything yourself.

No ranking guarantees

  • We build strong SEO foundations. We do not guarantee search rankings.
  • We prepare content for AI-assisted discovery. We do not guarantee AI search inclusion.
  • We do not guarantee sales, traffic, or specific business outcomes.

Custom project triggers

  • Payments, bookings, user login, dashboards, automations, or AI.
  • Complex e-commerce, integrations, or portals.
  • Anything beyond a plan's defined scope becomes a Custom Project, scoped and quoted separately.
